DUTIES:
- Plan, direct food service operation.
- Develop and manage marketing, sales efforts.
- Supervise and administer inventory/supply orders, quality of service, food preparation.
- Schedule and assign work duties.
- Train and evaluate employee performance.
- Monitor and control budget.
- Comply with government regulations and company policies.
REQUIREMENT: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related.
