JOB TITLE:  Food Service Manager

 DUTIES:       

• Plan, direct food service operation.
• Develop and manage marketing, sales efforts. 
• Supervise and administer inventory/supply orders, quality of service, food preparation. 
• Schedule and assign work duties.
• Train and evaluate employee performance.
• Monitor and control budget.
• Comply with government regulations and company policies.

 REQUIREMENT: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related.
